When it comes to corrupt, mismanaged states, California is king.
Millions upon millions of tax dollars are robbed from depleted California taxpayers every year to pay for a long list of wasteful projects.
But Californians are in a state of disbelief after Gavin Newsom’s latest scheme hits the fan.
Gavin Newsom and his wife have some explaining to do to taxpayers on several different levels
All across the nation, particularly in blue states, taxpayers are paying for wasteful and expensive projects, many of which have no benefit to them whatsoever.
California is easily one of America’s most corrupt and expensive states, and Governor Gavin Newsom plays a major role in this corruption.
More specifically, Gavin Newsom and his wife, Jennifer Siebel Newsom, were just exposed for ripping off taxpayers to directly line their own pockets.
Firstly, it is widely known that one of Gavin Newsom’s first acts as Governor was to create the office of “First Partner” for his wife, which comes with a million dollar budget and nine staffers.

Additionally, Jennifer Newsom collected over $1.5 million in taxpayers dollars to run a “non-profit” film and school curriculum company.
This company licenses these films to over 5,000 schools across the nation, which pay licensing fees to this non profit organization.
But, it does not end there. The non-profit does not even create the films, that is done by a for-profit company that Jennifer also owns, which has also produced a $1.6 million profit over the last decade.
However, according to journalist Adam Andrzejewski, the Newsom’s are dipping into taxpayer funds in a fourth way, which he explained to The Drill Down.
Per Andrzejewski, “The fourth dip here is the governor himself. He stars in many of her films. They encourage people to vote for politicians – like Gavin Newsom – and support the policies that he espouses.”
He added, “They ask students to get involved, and when they do, the Newsoms actually have a 501(c)(4) advocacy organization called ‘California Partners Project,’ where the students can get active. That was created expressly to drive her public policy agenda as the ‘first partner’ of the state of California.”
It is no secret that Gavin Newsom and California Democrats have an addiction to wasteful spending, but this dubious scheme carried out by the Newsoms takes things to a new level.
Yet, this is business as usual in California, and no major publications in California have bothered to carry this story.
This appears like nothing short of embezzlement, and depleted taxpayers in California deserve to know why their hard-earned money is going to line the pockets of the Newsom family.
