So the Manhattan DA’s blood pressure spiked when video emerged showing what NYPD officers did to an angry protester on the third rail.
Commuters and tourists are scared to even enter the New York Subway system
Over the years, New York’s massive subway system has garnered a terrible reputation for its filth and lawlessness.
Recent pro-crime legislation, in addition to Soros-funded prosecutors’, like Manhattan DA Alvin Bragg, refusals to hold criminals accountable, have added fuel to the fire.
The chaotic state of New York’s subways boiled over last week when 30-year-old Jordan Neely after he was subdued by 24-year-old Marine veteran, Daniel Penny.
Although many of the details were still unknown, left-wing extremists began taking to the streets, and even subway tracks in support of Neely.
Bystander and local journalist Alberto Vazquez who witnessed the altercation said in an interview with the New York Post that Neely “started screaming in an aggressive manner.”
Vazquez added, “He said he had no food, he had no drink,
that he was tired and doesn’t care if he goes to jail. He
started screaming all these things, took off his jacket, a black
jacket that he had, and threw it on the ground.”
It was later revealed that Jordan Neely has an extensive criminal history including more than 40 arrests for assault, attempted child abduction, drugs, and indecent exposure.
Nonetheless, protestors took to the tracks to protest his death, blocking incoming trains at the Lexington Avenue/63rd Street Station.
One protester wearing a Che Guevara t-shirt, was seen jumping on what is referred to as the “third rail” which carries a live electrical current that can kill an individual if contacted.
Any transit rider knows about the third rail and how it will definitely kill or permanently injure you.

According to CBS News, New York City Police officers arrested 11 protestors, and a Molotov cocktail was found during Monday night’s protest alone.
New York City police officers are allegedly investigating the illegal protests, and more arrests are expected in the coming days.
Crime will only keep rising as long as D.A.’s like Alvin Bragg are calling the shots
Although the details in the Neely case are still coming to the surface, one thing is for certain.
If Jordan Neely was properly held accountable for any of his 40+ arrests, then he would not be roaming the subways, and he would not have gone through this ordeal.
Alvin Bragg’s refusal to do his job is creating chaos all across New York City, and these subway protestors are a direct result of his inaction.
