The Left has succeeded in mainstreaming their radical ideas.
No part of the country is entirely safe from left-wing indoctrination.
And Democrats’ “woke” agenda was exposed in one improbable scene.
The Left has largely given up on spreading economic Marxism.
All of them except for the most ardent believers understand that communism does not work.
The so-called revolutionaries do not really want to take over factories and manage them collectively.
They would run them into the ground immediately.
Instead, the Left has focused on the “woke” trinity of diversity, equity, and inclusivity (DEI).
They are attempting to shoehorn Marxism in with racial, sexual, gender, and sexual orientation quotas.
That’s why the Left constantly talks about “decentering whiteness,” “smashing the patriarchy,” and “combating heteronormativity.”
They want people who look different, but all have the same leftist politics.
Mathematical miracle
That’s why the Left celebrated a New York State Supreme Court bench that was entirely composed of black females, even though that is statistically improbable.
Only 1.5% of lawyers are black women, yet somehow every member of the bench was a black woman.

The Left has been pandering in this way for decades.
But there are consequences to such superficial identity bean counting.
Not only is it unfair, but it ensures that people with lower qualifications will be elevated.
Also, their credentials will inevitably be questioned, even if they’re highly capable.
Black economist and Brown University professor Glenn Loury summed it up best.
Loury, who was under consideration for a position in the Reagan administration, explained his background as a working-class kid from Chicago.
Loury said during a conversation with linguist John McWhorter on their podcast, “I was a brilliant kid, a little bit like the Matt Damon character in Good Will Hunting. You know, I was a working-class kid. I didn’t have a lot of polish, but I had real, real sharp smarts. My life took a various turn. I was a father at 18 and at 19 and at 21. And dropped out of college and whatnot. I bounced around community college, got discovered like Matt Damon in the movie. Ended up at Northwestern University where I was a wizard. I was taking the PhD-level courses in these technical subjects and acing them. Went to MIT where I was at the top of my class. Again, forgive this, but I want you to try to understand the point. So my genius—yes, I said it—my gift, my extraordinary abilities, were what carried me forward, notwithstanding the vicissitudes of racism and discrimination in America.”
Loury did not need affirmative action, but he was put in that box nonetheless.
He continued, “To have that minimized by somebody presuming that, ‘Oh, you didn’t give to MIT without affirmative action.’ And it’s actually true. I didn’t get to MIT without affirmative action because every black person is going to be the beneficiary of affirmative action whether they ask for it, need it, or not. MIT had three positions set aside in its entering class, and those three were to be black students of the greatest promise. I was one of them in the year that I came in, even though I didn’t need to be in that box in order to get in because I had A’s in everything in the PhD-level courses I was taking at Northwestern.”
Oftentimes, minority students or women are “mismatched” with a school because of affirmative action, which frequently leads to them switching to easier majors or dropping out altogether.
“Get your hands off my dignity”
Loury concluded, “My professors were writing letters saying that I was the best student they’d ever seen because I was. Again, I asked for your forbearance as I toot my own horn here. Goddammit, don’t dishonor my amazing achievement by chalking it up to favoritism. I resent it. I don’t like it. I don’t need it. I don’t want it. That’s not a political position. I’m defending my own dignity here. So you’re gonna call me a sellout because I’m defending my dignity? F*ck you! I mean, please, will you get your hands off of my dignity? Let me succeed or fail based upon my abilities. Don’t patronize me, goddammit.”
The Left’s worship of DEI is becoming exposed as a farce.
