Illegal immigration has overwhelmed the entire nation as America’s border crisis with Mexico rages on.
Every day, thousands of illegal aliens pour into America, often dispersing to America’s urban centers.
Now Americans everywhere are horrified after ICE made this stunning confirmation.
This horrifying attack once again demonstrates the flaws in New York City’s criminal justice system
Crime rages out of control in New York City, where District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his cronies have refused to uphold the law.
To add insult to injury, thousands of illegal aliens have flooded into the Big Apple in recent months, compounding New York’s crime problem.
New York crime and illegal immigration problem once again made headlines for all of the wrong reasons after Georgia officers charged 26-year-old Jose Antonio Ibarra, an illegal alien from Venezuela, with murdering a University of Georgia student on the University of Georgia’s campus.
Per Fox News, “In a statement to Fox News Digital, ICE confirmed he had been encountered by Customs and Border Protection (CBP) on Sept. 8, 2022, after entering near El Paso and was “paroled and released for further processing.”
The report added, “ICE also confirmed that Ibarra had been arrested by the New York Police Department a year later, on Sept. 14, 2023, and “charged with acting in a manner to injure a child less than 17 and a motor vehicle license violation.”
Layling Franco, the wife of Jose Antonio Ibarra, has since spoken out to the press, telling the New York Post that she and Ibarra and their 5-month-old son spent five days at the El Paso processing facility before going to New York City.
She then told the New York Post that, “We got married so we could join our asylum cases. He was the person I thought I could see through. We’ve known each other our entire lives.”
Adding, “He wasn’t aggressive, none of that. We had problems as a couple, but our problems weren’t physical. We wouldn’t punch, but we’d raise our voices. “I want to talk to [Jose. I have a lot of faith that this wasn’t him, that there was a misunderstanding somewhere. But if he did, he has to pay for what he did, truly.”
New York’s refusal to hold criminals accountable has ripple effects all across the nation
New York officials such as District Attorney Alvin Bragg have refused to hold violent criminals accountable for their actions, often allowing them to go back on the streets soon after they commit horrible crimes.
These refusals to uphold the law allow violent criminals to proliferate all across New York and the entire nation for that matter.
Many Americans believe that if New York City officials held Ibarra accountable for his crimes, then perhaps he would not have been able to allegedly commit murder in Georgia.
