Joe Biden’s been asleep at the switch when it comes to securing our nation’s borders.
That’s had profound and often devastating consequences nationwide throughout his presidency.
Now an Illegal alien greenlit by the Biden administration was arrested in Albany for a horrific crime against a teen.
Immigration has been one of the most important issues in politics this year.
That is entirely due to the fact that Joe Biden’s policies have enticed over ten million illegal aliens to cross into the United States in the last three years.
The massive influx has caused budget problems, housing shortages, and an overload to the system when it comes to medical care in some communities.
But even more concerning has been the crime associated with some of these new arrivals.
The latest in a string of violent crimes alleged to have been committed by illegal aliens has again occurred in the Empire State.
Another alleged illegal alien rapist arrived courtesy of Biden’s broken border
Twenty-one-year-old Sakir Akkan is an illegal alien from Turkey.
He crossed into the United States in San Diego, California illegally last November, according to a Homeland Security official.
Because of a lack of bed space there at the time, he was released on his own recognizance.
Akkan told agents that he was trying to get to Philadelphia and was ordered to appear in court on February 19, 2025.
This court date was over a year after he was simply released into the United States by U.S. Border Patrol agents.
With ample time before he was due in court, Akkan made his way to the Albany, New York area.
That’s where, according to the New York Post, Akkan targeted a teenage girl when he saw her walking down a street.
He allegedly kidnapped the girl in his vehicle, threatening to hurt her if she didn’t comply.
Akkan allegedly drove to an isolated area and raped the girl.
She fled to a nearby house, got help, and was taken to the hospital.
Akkan was arrested last week on a first-degree rape charge.

The subject of skyrocketing crime amid Joe Biden’s border disaster featured prominently in the now infamous presidential debate that took place in Atlanta last Thursday.
Donald Trump: “Biden migrant crime”
During the debate, Donald Trump placed the blame squarely on Biden for the border crisis, explaining how illegal aliens were committing violent acts, and how it is all being made possible because Biden petulantly reversed Trump’s largely successful efforts to reduce illegal immigration.

Trump said they are “killing our citizens, at a level that we’ve never seen before—we call it migrant crime, I call it Biden migrant crime. They’re killing our citizens like you’ve never seen before and you’re reading it. Like these three incredible young girls over the last few days.”
Biden incorrectly claimed that he was endorsed by the Border Patrol before they completely refuted that assertion on social media within minutes.
