Crime has become a major issue in Democratic strongholds.
City leadership has done little to stop it.
And video of one robbery will have you ready to punch a wall.
Oakland woman dragged
Pro-crime policies have turned beautiful cities into hellscapes.
San Francisco and Oakland have been plagued with violent crime and open-air drug markets, in large part due to horrendous leadership.
The obvious result of pro-crime policies is more crime, which ultimately leads to residents and businesses leaving.
Recently in Oakland, a woman was beaten and dragged across the ground by her hair during a robbery.

Sadly, just horrific occurrences have become commonplace.
Oakland baker Jen Angel was killed during a carjacking after a bank run.
Former California Senator Barbara Boxer was robbed in broad daylight in Oakland’s Jack London Square.
Superior Court Judge Kevin Murphy was robbed outside of the courthouse.
The Alameda County Sheriff’s Office wrote in a statement, “[A]n Alameda Co. judge was robbed of his Rolex, wallet, and other personal effects at gunpoint after he exited his vehicle at the ALCO Park garage at 13th St/Madison St in Oakland. We are happy to report the judge was not injured…The suspects are described as three unknown males wearing masks. Alameda County Sheriff’s Office Investigations is actively working to develop suspect information and evidence with the assistance of the Oakland Police Department.”
There are many other incidents like these.
Local organizations urge action
The problem has gotten so bad, the Oakland chapter of the NAACP has called on the city to issue a state of emergency.
The organization wrote in a statement, “Oakland residents are sick and tired of our intolerable public safety crisis that overwhelmingly impacts minority communities. Murders, shootings, violent armed robberies, home invasions, car break-ins, sideshows, and highway shootouts have become a pervasive fixture of life in Oakland. We call on all elected leaders to unite and declare a state of emergency and bring together massive resources to address our public safety crisis.”
It’s bad enough that everyday citizens are being victimized, but people really start paying attention when senators and judges start getting robbed.
So-called progressives in Oakland have voted for pro-crime policies—District Attorney Pamela Price is one of many George Soros-funded prosecutors—so it’s going to take an attitude shift to address the problem before it gets any worse.
Until that happens, heinous robberies, assaults, and murders will continue to pile up.
