This top Democrat is running for cover after the transgender rapist he gave special treatment was accused of murder

A convicted rapist managed to pull the wool over a pro-crime District Attorney’s eyes.

He’s already caused a huge ruckus with a massive mistake.

And now this top Democrat is running for cover after the transgender rapist he gave special treatment was accused of murder.

“Hannah” Tubbs is a man who decided to change his gender just in time to face charges of assaulting a 10-year-old girl in a Denny’s bathroom.

After his scheme to get a light sentence worked and Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón gave him a slap on the wrist, Tubbs was caught bragging to his father about the results of the case.

There was an immediate outcry from the community proving that pro-crime policies are only popular among radical leftists, not normal people.

But since his original conviction, Tubbs was also identified as the pervert who molested an innocent four-year-old girl out in the open at a public library – while the girl’s mother was browsing for books nearby.

Now there’s been an explosive new development.

And Tubbs has been transferred to Kern County, California where he’s being held with a $1 million bail.

The 26-year-old was supposed to be released from a juvenile facility as early as June.

But on Tuesday, Tubbs pleaded “not guilty” to murder and robbery charges.

He’s being charged in the death of Michael Clark on April 21, 2019.

Clark’s body was found in the Kern River three years ago according to local news station KTLA.

And things aren’t looking so rosy for Tubbs in Kern County, where prosecutors are referring to him by his birth name: James Edward Tubbs.

Tubbs, who looks very clearly like a man in his mug shot, only started identifying as a woman after he was taken into custody recently to face charges related to the 2014 assault of a 10-year-old girl in a Denny’s bathroom.

Tubbs was barely a minor when he committed the crime.

As a result, he managed to get himself a sentence of only two years in a juvenile facility where he was housed with other females.

Yes, the man convicted of assaulting a young girl was “sentenced” to a female juvenile facility.

The chair of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors was furious about the outcome of the case and said he would be kept “separated by sight and sound from the other juveniles.”

Getting prosecuted as a juvenile also meant he wouldn’t have to register as a sex offender.

This case is one more example of how new “woke” policies are redirecting resources toward catering to anyone embracing a radical leftist agenda rather than focusing on protecting the public.

And District Attorney George Gascón, who is already facing a recall vote, was left running for cover after these latest developments.
