But in a stunning twist Soros-backed DA George Gascon just punished a prosecutor who refused to fall for a pedophile’s dirty tricks.
A child predator found a clever way to get himself locked in with scores of potential victims—and now a prosecutor is getting punished for calling him out.
When James Tubb was two weeks shy of his 18th birthday, he attacked a young girl in the women’s bathroom at a Denny’s restaurant.
It took years for police to catch him.
Prosecutor suspended for “deadnaming”
Shortly after being incarcerated, Tubbs claimed to change his gender and claimed a new first name of “Hannah.”
He then bragged about his plan in a phone call with his father which was captured by the jail’s surveillance system.
“So now they’re going to put me with other trannies that have seen their cases like mine or with one tranny like me that has a case like mine,” Tubbs explained, coaching his father to use female pronouns when referring to him.
Despite also being accused of trying to assault a four-year-old girl in a library—while her mother was only a few aisles over—Tubbs was sentenced to serve in a female juvenile detention facility.
Obviously, that decision puts untold numbers of girls at danger in a facility that is supposed to be helping them rehabilitate so they can go on to lead productive lives as adults.
Now, they’re faced with having a child molester in their midst thanks to a twisted leftist agenda.
In an unbelievable move Tubbs—who has also been accused of committing murder with a rock—is now getting protected by the Los Angeles District Attorney’s office.
Prosecutor Shea Sanna has been suspended from the office for “deadnaming” Tubbs in the process of making the case that the convict is successfully gaming the system.
“It is my opinion that they are trying to terminate me by building up disciplinary actions against me,” Sanna told the New York Post. “But my employment record shows no disciplinary action over the course of five years. So, they are creating a paper trail to terminate me.”
According to Sanna he’s being targeted after arguing that Tubbs should be tried as an adult.
“I don’t want a grown, male, violent sexual offender going into a female juvenile facility,” Sanna argued. “Tubbs has an extensive rap sheet and is a career criminal. They’re putting a predator in with the prey. They justify this because he committed his sexual assault crime two weeks before his 18th birthday.”
“He was on the run for seven or eight years,” the prosecutor added. “Since being caught, he admitted to committing the crime. Gascón has a blanket policy that prevented us from trying him as an adult.”
The prosecutor says the office’s justification to suspend him hinges on a flimsy foundation.
“To justify the suspension, they said that I misgendered Tubbs in a Zoom meeting,” Senna explained. “But I did not speak in that meeting.”
Another issue cited by the DA’s office was a Twitter post where the attorney used Tubbs birthname—the same name he used until he was arrested and facing sexual assault charges.
“I called him James Tubbs in a Twitter post and they said it was ‘dead-naming’ – even though he is James [Hannah’s male birth name] in every document outside of our case.”
“I wrote that he was gaming the system and was insincere about being transgender,” Senna continued. “My attorney explained that I was pointing out an issue, and that was used as a basis for my punishment.”
District Attorney George Gascon’s sick obsession with protecting a child molester while putting young girls in danger is truly incomprehensible.
And it’s basically underwritten by George Soros.
Back in the fall of 2020 the leftist billionaire dropped more than $2.5 million into the “CA Justice and Public Safety: Committee to Support George Gascon.”
