California’s Tulare County Sheriff is blaming Joe Biden for making a recent cartel-style shooting possible.
Sheriff Mike Boudreaux told Fox News that Biden’s open border policies are fueling violence and putting United States’ citizens in danger, pointing to a recent shooting that left six people dead including a teen mom, her baby, and a 72-year-old grandmother.
Alissa Parraz, a 16-year-old was trying to escape with her 10-month-old baby boy, Nycholas, when she was caught and killed with numerous shots to the skull.
Executions were cartel or high-level gang activity
During a press conference Boudreaux explained that the six family members were killed in “deliberate, intentional, and horrific” attack.
“I know for a fact this 10-month-old baby was relying on the comfort of his mother,” Boudreaux told reporters. “There was no reason for them to shoot that baby, but they did.”
The sheriff says evidence points toward either cartel or high-level gang activity.
“I am not eliminating that possibility,” he said, referring to the possibility a cartel was behind the killings. “These people were clearly shot in the head and they were also shot in places where the shooter would know that a quick death would occur … This is also similar to high-ranking gang affiliation and the style of executions that they commit.”
“I’m very upset with the Biden administration, and not clearly seeing that the citizens of the United States are in danger. This case alone truly lets everyone know that it can happen in any community throughout the state of California,” Boudreaux told Fox News.
The sheriff pointed out that the administration’s ongoing claim that the southern border is secure amounts to nothing less than a “flat out lie.”

Meanwhile, a respected crime analyst Edgardo Buscaglia, says he estimates 71.5% of the nation’s cities are under the control of criminals.
“They are operating notoriously in front of the noses of the police, the politicians, and the authorities of all stripes, and for this there has to be some type of tolerance from the state and it can be at a political or a police level,” Buscaglia explained in an interview with El Universal.
“This is telling us that this type of co-opting is on the rise and now we are seeing greater competence between criminal groups to place themselves in these municipal jurisdictions and this competition generates violence,” he added.
Yet, despite the obvious danger involved in letting those forces invade the United States, Joe Biden and his lackeys are basically inviting every criminal element to stroll right over the border.
