The school board battles that blindsided Democrats in the 2022 Midterm elections are roaring to life again.
Now the battle for the hearts and minds of America’s children is intensifying.
And parents in this state hit the roof after they discovered teachers destroying evidence.
The transgender agenda is becoming increasingly apparent as parents all over the nation discover that their children have been secretly “transitioning” within the walls of institutions that are supposed to be preparing them for academic success.
One California school recently agreed to fork over $100,000 to the parent of an 11-year-old who was secretly convinced to identify as bisexual and then as transgendered without parental consent.
Union bosses and others enriched by the government school complex collude with school officials to keep parents in the dark
Of course, situations like that are alerting radical left-wing activists to the fact that they’ve pushed their luck too far already—and it’s time to take their efforts back underground.
But parents of students in one Colorado district are calling fowl after the local teachers union brass made an astonishingly bold move.
A local CBS affiliate is reported that controversy is erupting in Jefferson county after the teachers union brass “tells educators to destroy evidence of student surveys regarding gender identity.”
The outlet managed to get its hands on an email from the union instructing teachers that “if you do a questionnaire, please make it a paper and pencil activity – any digital records are more permanent and may be requested under federal law.”
The email went on to encourage teachers to “make your notations about students and not hold on to the documents.”
Destroying evidence to keep it from parents is a crime
Parents hit the ceiling when they heard about that directive which flies in the face of the Federal Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) which gives parents the right to see all of the educational records maintained by their children’s schools.
One mom told the outlet that she felt “deceived, lied to, and taken advantage of” when she found out that her son had been subjected to a gender survey without her prior knowledge or approval.
“I don’t feel I can trust the teachers,” she added. “This is not political. It’s just they’re breaking the law.”
Fox News broke a story in April about the county’s “methodical system to deceive parents on in-school social transitions.”
In that case, teachers ended up clashing with the district’s equity office over the teachers’ concerns that parents should be aware that 10 students in the K-8 school were transitioning.
A counselor for the school was advised to train the teachers to keep parents in the dark if it seemed likely they wouldn’t support the move.
Despite the legal implications, both the teachers union brass and the school district continue to adamantly support a transgender policy to keep parents in the dark claiming that “transgender and gender-nonconforming students have the right to discuss and express their gender identity and expression openly and to decide when, with whom, and how much to share private information.”
The district claims that it will conform with legal requirements, but it’s becoming increasingly obvious that will only happen if enforced by a court of law.
