The battle over “woke” indoctrination in schools is heating up.
Parents are getting sick of the left-wing propaganda being pumped into the heads of kids.
And one state has a disturbing school policy that proved Ron DeSantis was 100% right.
Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was branded an enemy of the republic by the Left for promoting and signing the Parental Rights in Education bill.
The law simply blocks public school officials from having classroom discussions about sexual orientation and gender identity in grades K-3.
The law also prohibits schools from hiding a student’s gender “transition” from his or her parents.
Leftists screeched that such behavior was not going on in schools.
But New Jersey public school guidelines tell a different story.
Their stated policy is not to tell the parents at all.
On New Jersey’s official website, the policy reads, “A school district shall accept a student’s assured gender identity; parental consent is not required. Further, a student need not meet any threshold diagnosis or treatment requirements to have his or her gender identity recognized and respected by the district, school or school personnel. Nor is a legal or court-ordered name required. There is no affirmative duty for any school district personnel to notify a student’s parent or guardian of the student’s gender identity or expression.”
If a student says he or she is the opposite gender, the school must affirm that, no questions asked.
Students don’t have to undergo an evaluation or counseling or anything.
The website added, “There may be instances where a parent or guardian of a minor student disagrees with the student regarding the name and pronoun to be used at school and in the student’s education records. A parent or guardian may object to the minor student’s name change request. School districts should consult their board attorney regarding the minor student’s civil rights and protections under the NJLAD (New Jersey Law Against Discrimination). Staff should continue to refer to the student in accordance with the student’s chosen name and pronoun at school and may consider providing resource information regarding family counseling and support services outside of the school district.”
So New Jersey is actively engaging in the behavior DeSantis is fighting against.
That torpedoes the leftist argument that such behavior is not happening in schools.
The guidelines continued, “School personnel may not disclose information that may reveal a student’s transgender status except as a allowed by law. Schools are advised to work with the student to create an appropriate confidentiality plan regarding the student’s transgender or transitioning status.”

The Left lied about the neo-Marxist doctrine of Critical Race Theory being taught in schools, and they got caught.
Now they’re lying about fringe gender ideology being taught, and they’re going to get caught and exposed again.
