If blue city officials are wondering why they can’t recruit police officers, they just got an explanation caught on video.
The moment one police officer miraculously escaped death was caught on video.
And it’s leaving one Soros-funded-DA with some explaining to do.
Northern Virginia’s Fairfax County Commonwealth’s Attorney has a few hundred thousand reasons to thank leftist political kingpin George Soros for his support in getting into office.
The leftist prosecutor’s campaign was heavily funded by Soros and political action committees tied to Soros.
In fact, a jaw-dropping 72% of all funds—$392,000— raised by Steve Descano’s 2019 election campaign from Soros and affiliated sources, the Washington Post has reported.
But now it seems Descano’s criminal justice reform efforts are backfiring in a big way.
Total disregard for the rule of law is a growing problem across the nation as leftist DAs obsess over “progressive” reform goals while blatantly ignoring the fact that they are supposed to be seeking justice for the victims of crime.
Descano’s office has embraced that agenda fully with his office going as far as letting a career criminal off the hook after he intentionally plowed into the side of a mom’s minivan with her three kids onboard.
Fairfax’s Soros-funded prosecutor has a history going soft on criminals, including ones behind the wheel
No doubt, that type of policy has severely eroded the rule of law and emboldened drivers who know they have little to fear from the police in the long run.
And that reality is putting everyone—including police officers—in danger.
In fact, an officer only narrowly avoided death recently thanks to a wildly out of control driver.
The incident happened after the officer had pulled a 17-year-old driver in a BMW 750 over for going 63 in a 50 mile per hour zone.
While talking to that driver he had no idea another BMW—a 2018 M3 with another 17-year-old behind the wheel—was speeding toward him like a torpedo.
Investigators say the vehicle was moving well above 120 miles per hour when it came flying around the corner in a billow of smoke soaring over several lanes and a median.
The officer managed to barely jump back in time before the M3 smacked the 750 then swung around and smacked the officer’s cruiser.
The officer, who took a tumble from the impact of the first vehicle getting smacked immediately leapt up and started calling for help for the injured.

This happened in Fairfax County.

Miraculously, not only the officer, but also the 17-year-old drivers in both vehicles and two passengers in the 750 all survived with only minor injuries.
“The car involved in that collision yesterday was a whole lot of car for an inexperienced driver,” Fairfax County Police Chief Kevin Davis told members of the press. “By all accounts, this should have resulted in much worse outcomes than it did, so thank God for that.”
Of course, most American teens aren’t driving BMWs, but inside the exclusive communities nestled up alongside the nation’s capital, it’s all too common as a huge proportion of their families are living large at the taxpayer’s expense.
Now, the question is whether Descano will hold this driver accountable—no matter who his parents are—or if he will finally start forcing drivers to face the consequences for their dangerous actions.
