Sen. John Fetterman was somehow elected in the 2022 Senate elections even as a stroke hobbled his ability to campaign that left anyone who heard about it concerned.
But now there’s a new cause for concern over his abilities in the Senate.
Because John Fetterman sent Chuck Schumer into panic with his latest jaw-dropping scare.
Establishment politics have become deeply tribal.
For instance, the Democrats rallied around Joe Biden despite rapid mental decline and a long history of embarrassing political gaffes and lies.
And the Democrats dragged Pennsylvania’s John Fetterman across the finish line in his Senate race despite suffering a stroke only months earlier.
Fetterman could barely talk, but he was still propped up by the so-called mainstream media and carried into office.
Fetterman rushed to hospital
And Senator Fetterman might already be experiencing health problems.
He was rushed to the hospital upon feeling “light-headed.”
A Fetterman spokesperson said, “Towards the end of the Senate Democratic retreat today, Senator John Fetterman began feeling lightheaded. He left and called his staff, who picked him up and drove him to The George Washington University Hospital. Initial tests did not show evidence of a new stroke, but doctors are running more tests and John is remaining overnight for observation. He is in good spirits and talking with his staff and family.”
Fetterman’s health understandably became a big topic of concern during the campaign, and the press did its best to downplay his concerns.
NBC News reporter Dasha Burns was pilloried by the Left for mentioning that Fetterman had to read closed captions during interviews, and struggled to make small talk.
One of the journalists who attacked Burns was far-Left tech writer Kara Swisher, who wrote, “Sorry to say but I talked to John Fetterman for over an hour without stop or any aides and this is just nonsense. Maybe this reporter is just bad at small talk.”
However, after Fetterman’s trainwreck of a debate performance against Dr. Oz, other reporters finally acknowledged the problem.
Joe Scarborough of MSNBC’s Morning Joe wrote, “John Fetterman’s ability to communicate is seriously impaired. Pennsylvania voters will be talking about this obvious fact even if many in the media will not.”
Olivia Nuzzi of New York Magazine, said “There is no amount of empathy for and understanding about Fetterman’s health and recovery that changes the fact that this is absolutely painful to watch.”
Nevertheless, with a D after his name, Fetterman won his race because so many Republicans have already left Pennsylvania for states like Florida and Texas.
This latest health scare won’t give those that remain anymore confidence when it comes to his ability to represent the Keystone State in the U.S. Senate.
