Government schools are forcing kids into counseling for an infuriating reason

The battle over education has moved to the front of the culture war.

Conservatives and moderate liberals are finally discovering what the Left has been doing in schools.

Now government schools are forcing kids into counseling for an infuriating reason.

The Left is losing the battle on the neo-Marxist doctrine of Critical Race Theory.

The majority of Americans that have heard of CRT have a negative opinion of it.

That hasn’t stopped leftists from pushing it, but at least parents have been equipped with the tools to identify it and combat it.

And the newest frontier battle is over radical gender theory, which is arguably more dangerous and insidious than CRT.

Radical gender theory, sometimes called queer theory or other nebulous terms by leftist academics, separates biological sex and gender identity into separate categories.

But then the radicals use gender identity to overwrite biological sex, which is what America is experiencing right now.

For example, the Massachusetts Department of Education determined that transgender students may use bathrooms according to their gender, not their sex.

And if any students are discomfited, the DOE recommends they seek counseling.

The DOE wrote on its website:

“Some students may feel uncomfortable with a transgender student using the same sex-segregated restroom, locker room or changing facility. This discomfort is not a reason to deny access to the transgender student. School administrators and counseling staff should work with students to address the discomfort and to foster understanding of gender identity, to create a school culture that respects and values all students.”

The radical gender issue exploded when biological males began competing against women in high school and collegiate sports, and they predictably dominated their competition.

University of Pennsylvania swimmer Lia Thomas, born William Thomas, broke records in the women’s division after serving as a mediocre swimmer in the men’s division.

Radical gender theory is currently being foisted on some children in K-12 without parental knowledge, which became a flashpoint in Florida.

That prompted Ron DeSantis to sign the Parental Rights in Education bill, which was even supported by a majority of Democrats in the state.

Many have theorized that the explosion in LGBT identification is due to indoctrination and social contagion.

According to a 2021 Gallup poll, Traditionalists (born before 1946) identify as LGBT at a rate of 0.8%.

Among Baby Boomers (1946-64), the number rose to 2.6%.

Among Generation X (1965-1980), the rate increased to 4.2%.

Millennials (1981-96) identified as LGBT at a rate of 10.5%.

Among adult-aged Generation Zers (1997-2003), the number skyrocketed to an eye-popping 20.8%.

Even factoring in more societal acceptance of LGBT individuals, more than 1 in 5 reeks of external forces, and that’s where government-run schools come into play.
