17-year-old Xavier Daniel Chavarin learned this the hard way.
Xavier was on his way from Woodrow Wilson High School in Long Beach, California when he was brutally stabbed and killed.
Per KTLA, “The (suspect) was seen getting out of a dark-colored SUV before walking across a parking lot and attacking Chavarin. He stabbed the teen repeatedly in the back before fleeing from the scene.”
KTLA added that Los Angeles Police Department officials confirmed that “The man had apparently stabbed another person just a few hours later and is said to have mental health problems. He has had run-ins with law enforcement in the past.”
Xavier was described by friends and family members as a hardworking, straight-A student.
This tragedy once again emphasizes the need for law order, especially in places that tolerate widespread drug use among other crimes.
Make no mistake, there is blood on Gavin Newsom’s hands, as well as George Gascón, who is the District Attorney for Los Angeles.
Gascón has repeatedly refused to take crime seriously, and as a result, violent criminals are emboldened to openly use hard drugs and do as they please.
Xavier Chavarin is one of many Los Angelinos who have lost their lives due to preventable crime.
What can be done to prevent more senseless murders
As KTLA and the LAPD pointed out, the suspect in this fatal stabbing of a straight A high school student had a dubious past with the Law.
Under no circumstances should this violent madman have been allowed to roam the streets of Los Angeles.
Los Angeles and George Gascón have ignored violent crime for years, and now the death toll is rising by the day.
The people of Los Angeles deserve to live their lives in peace and safety, a concept that radicals in California seem to loathe.
George Gascón’s flagrant behavior is opening the opportunities for major lawsuits for the direct role he has played in making Los Angeles a more dangerous place.
