Joe Biden’s administration has more wild characters than a blockbuster movie.
Now one former staffer has just mangled the Biden regime’s revolving door.
Because an ex-Biden regime official just blew the lid off a half-a-decade old international cold case
Thefts of all kinds have decimated blue states during Joe Biden’s tenure – hardly surprising with WH staff like this
Affluent Rockville, Maryland was rocked with news that Sam Brinton—the local ex-Biden admin nuclear official—was arrested as a “fugitive of the law.”
Brinton made headlines last September when the bi-sexual government employee (at the time) was caught on camera swiping an apparently irresistible piece of designer Vera Wang luggage at the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport.
Soon after Brinton was also identified as the culprit in a Nevada luggage theft.
Eventually, when it became abundantly clear that the evidence was compelling, the nuclear waste official became a former government employee.
Now it seems Brinton’s rise to global prominence for all the wrong reasons may have just solved what was essentially a cold case in the world of luggage snatching and designer fashion.
A Tanzanian fashion designer says Brinton not only swiped her pricey duds but also had the audacity to make a high-profile appearance in them.
Arrest marks break in five-year-old case
Washington, D.C. based attorney Peter Hansen told Fox News he provided police with evidence they used to get a search warrant and arrest Brinton.
It’s a major break in a five-year-old case.
“On March 9, 2018, [Asya Khamsin’s] luggage was stolen from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport,” Hansen informed Fox News Digital. “In her bag were more than a dozen bespoke articles of clothing that she had designed, along with a number of other valuable items for her business.”
“Asya Khamsin’s business was seriously damaged by this loss, which remained a mystery until she was recently alerted to photos of Sam Brinton wearing articles from her lost luggage,” he added in a statement. “She thereafter contacted the authorities.”
Officers with the Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority (MWAA) Police as well as Maryland’s Montgomery County Police Department arrested Brinton.
Brinton was photographed wearing a distinctive red designer gown during a New York City event back in 2018 while appearing on stage at an event for The Trevor Project—a LGBTQ suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization.
Another slap on the wrist?
Brinton has already agreed to undergo a mental health evaluation and write apology letters to his victim for the luggage swiped in Minnesota along with performing community service for three days.
In that case, the suitcase swiper lucked out getting a break as a first-time offender.
The penalty for “felony theft of moveable property without consent” in the Land of a Thousand Lakes is up to five years in prison.
What will happen when this case hits the Washington, DC court docket is anybody’s guess.
But one thing is for sure, the Biden regime is continuing to serve up one stunning scandal after the next.
