Joe Biden and the Democrats are making Americans miserable.
Even leftists are openly acknowledging that.
Now Bill Maher called out the disastrous thing Democrats are doing to Americans.
The COVID regime is determined to make the pandemic last forever.
Vaccines are available to everyone who wants one, but Joe Biden and public health officials refuse to allow Americans to get back to normal.
And even liberal comedian Bill Maher is sick of it.
During a recent episode of his show, he ripped blue states and said it was a “joy” to visit red states.
“I mean, come on. Fifteen of 100,000. That’s where we are, cases in California, 15 cases per 100,000 people. I know some people seem to not want to give up on the wonderful pandemic, but you know what? It’s over. There’s always going to be a variant. You shouldn’t have to wear masks . . . I haven’t had a meeting with my staff since March of 2020. Why?”
The COVID regime has no good answer.
Dr. Anthony Fauci and the Democrats want 100% vaccination irrespective of individuals’ health profiles.
Atlantic writer Caitlin Flanagan, a fellow liberal, agreed with Maher’s assessment that the COVID regime has gone too far.
“I just, I can’t keep up. And you know what, I’ve had cancer. I’m triple vax. If it gets me, fair play to it, because it will put up a fight against me, but I’m not staying in my house again.”
Maher applauded along with the studio audience and replied, “There you go.”
Delaware Senator Chris Coons was also on the panel, though, and he threw a wet blanket on the proceedings.
Coons regurgitated the party line about how everybody must get vaccinated, but Maher wasn’t having any of it.
He talked about how he was touring again as a comedian, and it’s a different world between blue and red states.
“I mean, I travel in every state now back. I’m back on the road and the red states are a joy, and the blue states are a pain in the ass. For no reason.”
The COVID regime has become wildly irrational.
There is no reason for the country to be trapped in a forever pandemic.
It’s time to open up all states so people can get back to living their lives.
Pursuing a policy of COVID Zero is a fool’s errand.
