Politicians in Democrat-run cities refuse to do anything to reverse the surging crime trend.
Attacks are moving into upscale neighborhoods, with some like Barack Obama’s old haunts becoming hellscapes.
And he was stunned when a felon committed one horrifying crime in this Chicago neighborhood.
Barack Obama celebrated his 50th birthday at the Aragon Ballroom in Chicago’s Uptown neighborhood.
But a felon just committed one crime there as the Chicago area has become notorious for ghastly crimes on a weekly basis, particularly gang violence with illegal handguns.
Far-Left Mayor Lori Lightfoot and State’s Attorney Kim Foxx have done nothing to stop it.
Their pro-crime policies are actually making things worse.
Now an eight-time felon admitted that he pushed a naked woman to her death from his fifth-floor apartment.
CWB Chicago reported that “an Uptown man threw a naked woman to her death from his fifth-floor apartment window minutes after his girlfriend arrived at his home on Wednesday evening, prosecutors said. “I threw the b*tch out the window,” Tyson Tillman said in a phone call from the police station, according to prosecutor James O’Connor, a comment allegedly captured on a Chicago police officer’s bodyworn camera. O’Connor did not suggest a motive for the murder, nor did he know the nature of Tillman’s relationship with the victim, whom he identified as Tabitha Tanner.”
Tillman was evil enough to push a women to her death, and dumb enough to admit to it in a police station.
Chicago and other high-crime cities are in the throes of a complete societal breakdown.
This type of crime would never spark nationwide outrage.
The Democrat Media Complex only cares if a homicide can be used to club Republicans politically.
CWB Chicago added that “when police interviewed Tillman at the scene, he initially denied knowing anything about the situation, O’Connor said. But Tillman later admitted that they were involved in a physical altercation in his apartment, O’Connor continued. Tillman allegedly told police that Tanner’s clothing came off during the fight, and she fell from the window…Tillman’s public defender said he lives alone and has a child on the way. She argued that it is too soon to know if Tanner was thrown from the window or if she perhaps jumped or accidentally fell. Since 2003, Tillman has been sentenced to prison eight times, primarily for drug-related offenses, according to O’Connor. He is now charged with first-degree murder.”
Democrats do not want to talk about the social decay that leads to heinous crimes like this.
It’s no wonder that businesses are leaving Chicago and Illinois altogether because of the crime that has gotten significantly worse since 2020.
