Residents in Democrat-run cities are getting a taste of what happens when progressives are in charge.
Leftist policies are leading to complete decay.
And an actor posted one troubling photo that proved his city is completely lost.
New York City is the prime example of what happens when pro-crime policies take hold.
The city has become overwhelmed with crime and urban blight – the same thing happened in the 1970s and 1980s.
Mayor Rudy Giuliani cleaned up the city and Michael Bloomberg kept things afloat, but communist Mayor Bill de Blasio put New York back on a 1970s trajectory.
And actor Michael Rapaport is getting fed up with what’s happening to his city.
Rapaport posted a picture of a subway car that looked like a junkyard.

Newly elected Mayor Eric Adams admitted, “On day one, I took the subway system, I felt unsafe. I saw homeless everywhere, yelling on the trains, there was a feeling of disorder . . . We know we have a job to do — and we’re going to do both. We’re going to drive down crime, and we’re going to make sure New Yorkers feel safe in our subway system . . . I don’t feel that way when I take the train every day, or when I’m moving throughout our transportation system.”
It’s a clear sign that the problem has spiraled out of control when the Mayor, who is a former police officer, confesses he feels “unsafe” on a city train.
The Mayor’s admission came days after Michelle Go, a 40-year-old woman, was killed after a man allegedly shoved her into an incoming train at the 42nd Street station in Times Square.
Adams’ challenge as Mayor will be to demonstrate his response to rising crime on city subways is yielding results quickly.
Rapaport has grown more and more frustrated with the city.
He captured a brazen shoplifter strutting out of a Rite Aid pharmacy – a spate of thefts has led to local pharmacy closures in the city as well as other progressive strongholds.
Rapaport was a harsh Donald Trump critic, but he might be slowly understanding the appeal of why people are rejecting the Democrats.
On election night, Rapaport said, “[I]f you think the simple reason why they’re voting for Donald Trump is because they’re racist, or they support racists, or they’re okay with racism, you’re a dumb f*ck. Stop generalizing people . . .”
Perhaps Rapaport understands that Democrats have gone insane and they’re allowing cities to become “unsafe” for Mayors and everyday citizens alike.
